As a part of Sales Strategy/Finance Team within T-Mobile Account is the center of sales operation cross-segment within T-Mobile Account Team. Team helps each functional group within and outside of T-Mobile Account Team by providing strategic/financial analytics, sales operation insights/guidance, and reporting financial and business metrics to Leadership. In this role, you will be working as Sr. Sales Operation Analyst (Key liaison between Business and Finance) to enable and business owners to successfully execute Sales/Marketing Programs, manage/track financial/business metrics, perform financial analytics, as well as complete payment processes with vendors and customers. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to identifying root cause/finding solution of sales operational issues, maintaining/managing master budget trackers, working on ad-hoc projects, etc.
Sr. Sales Operations Analyst must have critical thinking skills that to effectively track and organize multi-sourced data sets, perform analytics and provide recommendations. Directly report to a Strategy/Finance Manager or Director.
§ - Be a key liaison / control point between business owners and finance to justify validity of new ideas from both financial and business perspectives and provide operational inputs under Global Operation Guidance
§ - Perform rigorous financial and budget analytics
§ - Create / Manage operational documentations that includes but not limited to internal budget request, change requests, and contract requests forms, etc.
§ - Maintain financial, promotional, pricing and budget details for T-Mobile/Metro by T-Mobile, vendors and other customers on-going basis
§ - Own Vendor/Customer payment process that includes but not limited to review of various forms of contracts (Contract, Term Sheet, SOW, PO, etc.), cross-check/align proof of performance against contracts, submit payment requests, etc.
§ - Strong data management skills and ability to work independently to collect, analyze and provide recommendation
§ - Attention to detail is a must
§ - Advanced Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, various formula) is a must
§ - Excellent verbal/written communication and critical thinking skills
§ - Prefer to have experience with SAP/GERP but not required
§ - Prefer to have Account/Finance experience but not required
§ - Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
§ - 4 or more years of business planning, finance or operation management experience required but 6 or more years of experience preferred
