Customer Service Representative
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for largest independent record keeping services partner, third-party administrator, and government and health savings facilitator in the United States. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Document Compliance service clients regarding inquiries about their plan document, or the creation, fulfillment, and delivery of qualified plan document packages. You will be working in a phone queue environment in this work from home position. All necessary training and any other required technology equipment for the role is provided by the company.
*While this is a work from home opportunity, applicants must reside in the Central Time Zone to be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and written correspondence within 24 hours
Meet department objectives for call quality and other call center metrics
Document all verbal and written communication in appropriate systems and locations
Manage deadlines and work within allotted time frames
Educate clients in document compliance processes and procedures
Adhere to strict audit procedures to ensure confidentiality of client information
Proactively manage client’s inquiries by monitoring and resolving issues and requests
Serve as a resource for the sales team
Demonstrate the ability to recognize sales opportunities
Resolve all issues relating to client inquiries by working with necessary staff and continuously following up on status until resolution is communicated to the client
Manage the delivery and final review of newly established plans, plan amendments and restatement kits for clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of PC and keyboard, strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work as a team player, organizational skills, good oral and written communications skills, interpersonal skills and a service orientation
1 -3 years direct customer service experience in financial services preferred.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Willing to work overtime to meet the needs of the business unit.
Dedicated work space and high speed internet
Reside in the Central Standard Time zone
Two year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
