This is a Temporary position lasting about 6 months. There is a possibility that the company will extend an offer of long term employment if the person hired does an excellent job during the temporary assignment.
1. Learn and utilize visitor management system. Greet and assist visitors.
2. Answer phone and route calls.
3. Begin entering employee service requests into iOffice service module.
4. Maintain master list of executives and their assistants/points of contact. Provide this list to other receptionists.
5. Follow procedures for booking of all conference rooms.
6. Assist in maintaining visitor / key logs.
7. Assist in creating documents as needed.
