The Keller Williams office in Los Gatos is hiring a Senior Agent Services Coordinator. This is a busy position with a wide range of responsibilities. Aside from supporting and delegating to your existing team you will also take the lead in any additional training with new programs as well as coordinating events for each office. You will ensure your team adequately manages their time and works together to provide best-in-class service to the office agents.

Areas of Focus:
This position provides support to the market center agents and Managing Director/Market Center Administrator. The Sr. ASC facilitates new agent intake, orientation and helps agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools. The Sr. ASC also oversees the office technology and communication systems and support providers. This position helps coordinate new agent training, assists in organizing special events for the office, manages the KW intranet site, manages and updates agent roster and more. You must have a strong understanding that the agents in our office are our clients. Connecting them with the tools and resources that Keller Williams offers is critical to their success.
Your challenge should you accept, will be to serve as a liaison between our real estate agents and the marketing and technology resources of Keller Williams. As the Sr. ASC you are not only responsible for assisting agents directly, but for also ensuring that the Agent Service Coordinators across all our offices are well trained in their positions. Your ultimate goal is to develop and manage a team of ASCs delivering the highest level of service to our agents to allow them to grow their businesses by providing them with technical help, setting up their websites, email, printers, or network setup. You will assist them in determining which software (internal and external) best fits their needs and get them started on the Keller Williams software platforms (CRM, Marketing, etc.).
As the Sr. ASC you will be part of the team that continues to stay abreast of Keller Williams software platforms. As new features are released, you’ll teach other ASCs and take an active role in teaching the agents, helping develop an environment of support that agents appreciate and remain loyal to. You’ll be responsible for implementing processes for monitoring quality control on all marketing pieces and ensuring that those standards are being maintained across all offices.
The Nitty Gritty:
- You have at least 1-2 years of managing others within a collaborative team environment
- You have at least 3 years of real estate (preferred) or project management experience
- An eye for design and detail oriented
- Advanced understanding of current technology, tools, and apps
- Previous experience training other personnel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and very friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Pro
- Professional Appearance
- Resourceful and can adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Knowledge of Keller Williams systems and culture a plus
You live within a 30-minute commute of Los Gatos and have a personal vehicle you can use for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week. 8:30 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Friday.
Location: Los Gatos, CA (Occasional business travel to Saratoga, Los Altos and Carmel offices)
