Real Estate Broker Jason Trembicki has been specializing in commercial real estate for over a decade. He approaches real estate from a client-centric perspective to develop long-term relationships and provide property owners with a fully integrated sales platform built on integrity, comprehensive market knowledge, and local real estate expertise. A little bit about the opportunity
On any given day, you will keep Jason informed and prepared for anything that comes his way, while also providing excellent customer service to his clients. You will use your problem-solving skills to tackle the challenges in front of you while clearing away distractions so Jason can focus on generating new business and closing sales.
You'll do a little of everything, including but not limited to:
Administrative Support: Help Jason prepare for meetings, phone and email management, calendar organization, schedule showings, database management, task management, and run business errands.
Client Support: Establish property searches for clients using commercial databases such as Costar, Loopnet, and Crexi. Add clients to various email lists to ensure that clients don't miss out on opportunities.
Manage Deal Flow: Manage approximately 40 transactions a year by preparing offer memorandums, uploading listings, scheduling vendors, ensuring all parties are advised of all timelines, and preparing property evaluations. You will also prepare and process all disclosures, purchase agreements, representation agreements, letters of Intent, counteroffers, due diligence, rent surveys, and coordinate incoming offers. You will manage the CRM and own the entire pipeline.
Marketing Support: Upload listings through commercial real estate websites, send email blasts, create recently sold posts, and offering flyers.
Additional Factor: You will assist in overseeing a small established portfolio of rental properties. This will include coordinating with vendors to resolve tenant maintenance issues, scheduling cleaners, and managing utility payments.

You are incredibly resourceful, tech-savvy, and you appreciate that no two days are alike.
To be considered for this position, you need to have a solid history of supporting other entrepreneurs at a high level. If you have experience supporting another real estate agent in a similar capacity or someone in the legal industry, we'd love to learn more about you!

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience plus an opportunity for a bonus.

Hours: Full-time - Hybrid (in-office & work from home) 9 am - 5 pm 40 hrs, M-F
Location: Rutherford, NJ. You live within a 40-minute commute of 301 Rt 17,
Rutherford, NJ 07070 and have your own car, a valid driver's license, and carry insurance.
