You have at least 2+ years experience recruiting, or you’ve successfully worked as a real estate agent, business or professional coach in the past.
Prior real estate experience is NOT required, but a passion to quickly learn the ropes IS.

Your job is clear and your goal is simple: lead Keller Williams in their effort to recruit and onboard some of the best agents in the industry. By maintaining, building and utilizing your database of prospects in the territory, you’ll always be one step ahead of the competition. As you identify and quality “medium level” producers at other companies, you’ll expand prospecting sources to include networking events and local professional organizations.
Quotas? No problem. You’ll onboard at least 8-10 new agents per month and will organize and schedule all qualified appointments. Whether you’re cold calling, designing thoughtful emails, or using social media, you have no problem with candidate outreach and have experience making over 50 phone calls per day.

Location/commute: Palo Alto, CA
Candidate MUST live within a 40-minute commute of Palo Alto and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-time, M-F with flexibility during the evenings and weekends.
Compensation: Base salary between $65,000 - $90,000 depending on your experience, a successful candidate will earn mid to high six futures in this position with a bonus.
