We are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Account Manager to join our client’s team at Leverage. Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients, drive sales, and serve as the first point of contact for all client relations.

Required experience and knowledge:
• 2-3 years of work experience in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Client Service, Real Estate, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
• Must have experience with client service interaction.
• B.A. or A.A. in a related field preferred, but willing to consider a combination of college work and experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Marketing and social media savvy is a huge plus!
Your role, should you accept it:
Customer support: You are the face of Leverage to your portfolio of clients. You’ll develop outreach strategies for broker management and agent support, and provide a concierge-level of customer support by providing pieces of value, engaging clients, and representing our creative services.
Sales: You’ll sell and manage new account memberships within your assigned territory. When connecting with your portfolio you’ll leverage marketing and advertising products. Finally, you’ll meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals that allow us all to grow.
Manage marketing projects: Liaise with client and internal marketing teams to coordinate and manage member marketing projects.
Presentations: Conduct video conference presentations, training, and meetings with account contracts; participate in companywide presentations both online and in-person and manage client profiles on Leverage channels.
Travel: Participate in the planning and curation of member events along with engagement within your client portfolio. Occasional travel for Leverage events or meetings with your clients as needed.
It’s not about fixing problems when they arise, but maintaining a constant pulse and desire to go above and beyond for your clients.

Salary: $60-75K base depending on experience, plus 10% commission on all sales
Benefits: Great medical plan including dental and vision. 14 days PTO.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs, M-F, flexibility on weekends for client events occasionally.
Location: Santa Monica, CA. You live within a 10-mile radius of Santa Monica, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
