Our client, Compass, is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join their team at their San Francisco office. Are you someone that has a humble and calm demeanor? If so, join a collaborative environment that works effortlessly together to support a team of 200 real estate agents in fulfilling all their print and design needs.
The ideal candidate is a design ninja! You can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into logos, layouts, and brands. You are attentive to the details and have an impeccable eye for beautiful, aesthetic designs. Your understanding of marketing campaigns allows you to fully comprehend the creative process from conception to completion. Are you are ready to serve the company and real estate agents alike. This is a fast-paced environment, so our ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running.
Does this describe you?
Do you have at least 3 years of design experience? We are seeking a designer who takes pride in their work and ownership of their projects. You have a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Design and Visual Communication, Communications Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (REQUIRED).

Would you consider yourself to be detail-oriented and do you possess the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines? Our ideal candidate is solutions-driven, carries a peaceful demeanor, and can absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients; you have a teamwork mentality.

Areas of Focus:

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for generating brochures, postcards, proposals, and presentations under tight deadlines while adhering to company brand standards. You can expect to have 15 projects at any given time - from branding for new agents to one-off assignments. The idea is that you enjoy taking a project from creation to completion. You have the ability to take a client problem and translate it into a solution.

Key Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with HTML
• Microsoft Office

The Details:

Salary: $70-80k
Benefits: PTO and sick days, health and dental, 401k
Hours: Full-time, 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: San Francisco, CA. Candidate must live within San Francisco.
