A Day in the Life
You will be expected to create, develop and execute a new marketing strategy for the team. As you build deliberate relationships with key influencers in the local area, you will be in charge of creating email campaigns, leveraging any PR opportunities, and preparing content for social media or print. Ad design, branding development, SEO and the creation of promotional materials will all fall in your jurisdiction, and you will take the lead on building a collaborative relationship and rapport with the team.
In short: we need an innovative marketing expert that has dabbled in nearly everything – and if you haven’t, then you must be willing to dive in headfirst and use your natural ability to get the job done.
We are only looking for candidates with experience in a wide variety of marketing techniques and platforms; luxury brand experience is a plus. Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a bonus but not required. Social media managers or bloggers, for example, will not have the required versatility.
You have 3+ years of marketing experience in a high-volume environment providing marketing, strategy, and content. You have no problem switching between your duties as Creative Director, Traffic Manager and Implementer. You have a basic (or better) understanding of design, and can effectively communicate your ideas and vision to a graphic designer or web developer.
· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
· MS Office Suite
· Adobe photoshop
· Google Ads or Adroll
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
· Copywriting/editing experience
· Experience with database management
· Graphic design or experience in communicating with a designer
Salary: $80k-$100k plus bonus, depending on experience.
Benefits: Vacation and sick days, paid holidays, a percentage of medical/dental coverage, 401k
Hours: Full-time, 9:00-6:00 M-F
Location/commute: Culver City, partially remote, however, you will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
