Job Description

As a Receptionist/Patient Service Representative, your job is to greet patients, schedule appointments, and process payment information. Your other duties are to perform data entry and perform administrative tasks as needed. In some cases, a chiropractic receptionist may collect medical histories from patients and verify their insurance information. It is rare for a chiropractic receptionist to provide clinical assistance. The ability to manage your time and switch between tasks as needed is essential to success.
