The President of Pro-4 Marketing needs a PERSONAL SECRETARY.
Pro-4 Marketing deals with national chain stores through the US and Canada, and this job requires someone who is very professional. We will run background checks. We require a letter of reference. We understand standard business protocol is to give your employer 2-weeks notice; but the ideal candidate will be available NO LATER than 7 days after the interview.
This is not a "9 to 5" job, and could require evening or weekend hours - with all hours over 40 hours paid at "time and a half."
Shorthand and dictation capabilities will be to your advantage.
The PERSONAL SECRETARY will support our important payables, receivables, inventory, and data entry clerks; and company controller; as needed.
The PERSONAL SECRETARY will be responsible for business tasks, for example:
- Receive and sort incoming mail, answer phones
- Organize personal bills, including entering, scheduling, and processing payment
- Work with sales reps to provide marketing materials
- Process orders
- Prepare president for meetings including doctor appointments
Health Insurance is paid:
- 60% first year
- 70% second year
- 80% third year
