The initial scope of work will require physically working stations at each concept over the next six months, based on the business's needs, with the goal of fostering trust, respect and long lasting team relationships.
The second phase of this role will ideally morph into a floating support chef, still filling in on the line from time to time, but generally creating and enforcing standards, working as a purchasing agent, HR hub for young talent and a brand ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven executive chef looking to take the leap to the next level of their career with a small, grass roots, local restaurant group.
Culinary degree required. College degree also preferred. Language skills-Spanish, French and/or Italian a plus. Prior experience as a corporate chef is not required, but we do want to see a successful track record of at least 10 years as an executive chef.
