POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Sales Executive (SE) – Health Solutions for Individuals (HSI) will be responsible for generating demand and creating sales momentum for PHM’s growing Health Solutions for Individuals Line of Business. To-date, we have experienced impressive growth through word of mouth and referrals from delighted clients; we are now ready to build a strong, collaborative sales capability to accelerate market awareness and growth.

The SE will work directly with PHM’s SVP of HSI and Managing Sales Director to develop go-to-market strategies (both outbound and inbound) that grow HSI’s Intensive Case Management and Membership service lines. This includes developing demand generation strategies for improving pipeline and qualified leads, establishing relationships with potential channel partners and working with marketing to improve market awareness of our HSI solutions. The SE will be responsible for crafting those strategies and executing on them to drive market awareness and growth across the HSI portfolio.

This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations – (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working collaboratively with PHM leadership to define HSI specific go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop high impact marketing campaigns to potential clients in key targeted segments
  • Developing relationships with potential channel partners who can grow our awareness and reach in targeted markets
  • Managing and growing the sales pipeline funnel in cooperation with PHM’s sales operations manager
  • Sourcing and identifying new prospects for ICM and Membership services
  • Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing the sale process through the execution of the contract
  • Work collaboratively both within HSI and across HSI and HSB (Health Solutions for Business) to grow PHM’s business overall

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Full cycle sales capability – demand generation, qualification, consultative selling and closing
  • Proven track record of generating demand in the consumer / individual market space
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with high acuity, accomplished individuals in calm, pleasant and professional manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo preferred
  • Healthcare background preferred
  • Travel up to 50% including air to meet the ongoing need of the business
