We are seeking a Part-time HR Project Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and sorting documents and information
  • Handling and filing of documents according to predetermined filing system
  • Creating file folders or other organizational methods
  • Performing other project-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and/or computer platforms
  • Prior clerical experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality requirements
