Job Description

PrismHR is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management who has experience managing enterprise scale projects and has in depth knowledge of Agile. The position requires a strong, hands-on project manager well versed in leading development teams using the scrum framework to organize and deliver software development projects. The ideal candidate will have HR management of 3 or more direct reports. This position reports to the VP of Program Management.


  • Drives implementation of multiple, complex, technical project/program initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones within established timeframes.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex programs and projects through the development of project plans
  • Ensures consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts
  • Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies/rituals, daily Scrum standup, grooming and planning, etc.
  • Regularly maintains and updates sprint and release plans.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive timelines.
  • Manages and coaches 3 or more direct reports.


  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Previous HR management of 3 or more direct reports is a must
  • Proficient in using Jira/Confluence, Jira Administrator a plus
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Expertise in Agile /SCRUM/Kanban development methodologies
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
