Behavioral Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in person and/or through Telehealth sessions Social skills development, data collection, and management of maladaptive behaviors Professional and refresher training throughout employment Preferred and Required Qualifications: High School Diploma with experience working with children Associated degree, or college coursework equivalent (in progress). Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field (Sociology, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Child Development) or equivalent experience. Direct experience working with children who have Autism, and/or other developmental disorders is a plus, but not required. Informal experience working with children such as babysitting or watching siblings will be considered Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance Must pass TB test Must pass DOJ/FBI Livescan criminal background check Therapists who are fluent in the following languages are highly requested: Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Armenian, Vietnamese, Chinese, and/or American Sign Language Employment Type: Part Time Years Experience: Less than 1 year Salary: $18 - $24 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
