Job Description
PT - Administrative Assistant to assist senior management with the administration of sales to the public, including wholesale, federal, state, and municipal government.

Create and maintain accurate and complete records of sales correspondence, invoices, phone calls, emails and related communications. This Administrative Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat

A fast learner and a self-starter capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Will be provided sufficient training. Willingness to take on increasing responsibilities with a start -up company. Candidate must have no criminal history and be willing to be fingerprinted for background check.

Part-time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (flexible during business hours
