Phoenix-based printing company seeks Customer Support Associate. We offer an array of different specialty production areas from garment printing and fabrics to ceramics and paper products.
In this position, you will use your established computer skills to gracefully respond to retailers’ emails and phone calls with an array of questions and requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Knowledge
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
