Our Customer Success Associates are the face of our clients aiding their high priority customers and specialize in new consumer business acquisition, marketing, and customer retention. We provide extensive training in cutting edge customer service, product knowledge, and business psychology. Combining that training with candidates that are highly competitive, goal driven, and adaptable is what keeps us ahead of the competition!
- Assist our Customer Success Management team with running product knowledge and compliance meetings
- Aid in building out more efficient customer service and customer experience systems
- Meet with potential customers daily in order to qualify them for Client Services
- Develop better pre-sale and post-sale practices to improve experience for Representatives and Customers
- Collaborate and share customer feedback with colleagues to enhance ongoing product satisfaction efforts
- Work as part of a growing, dynamic team to create a culture that supports strategies for scale and growth
