Customer Service Coordinator

In this role, you will be directly responsible for increasing brand awareness, customer retention, and customer acquisitions for our Clients in the Beauty, Sports, and/or Telecom industries. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and be the liaison between them and the Client.
  • Consult, educate, strategize, and successfully market client products through a high volume of sales calls - strong communication and tenacity are key!
  • Become an expert of our Clients, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking questions and handling objections
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
