A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT / CPA

As a Certified Public Accountant / CPA, you bring your varied experience to our partner group and help us better serve our clients. In addition to reviewing and compiling financial statements, you are responsible for all areas of tax service, including planning, researching, and communicating with clients. You prepare complex US and multi-state income tax returns. Whether for an individual, C corporation, S corporation, partnership, or nonprofit, you rise to the challenge with accuracy and efficiency. Always a consummate professional, you communicate effectively with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives. You genuinely care about our clients and feel good about working with a cohesive team to competently take care of their tax and accounting needs!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate
• 4 years of experience preparing all types of tax returns with a public CPA firm or private company
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, UltraTax, and Adobe software

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Certified Public Accountants / CPAs typically work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some overtime during the busier season.
