What you'll do:
As an HR Consulting Partner, you will lead and consult on key programs and initiatives that impact or are aligned to human capital strategies within HR and the business units. You will work closely with Sr. Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Project Managers along with various HR teams to consult and execute on specific talent related projects with concurrent projects of varying size, duration and complexity. Be a key HR resource for the business.
How you'll spend your time:
•Lead and coach on a variety of highest value/prioritized human capital strategies and leadership initiatives across the enterprise in a variety of different businesses.
•Provide strategic consulting on HR solutions and initiatives for broader, more complex business projects which are identified as part of the annual business planning process.
•Consult with the business leaders by asking thought provoking questions, developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data and themes relating to specifid HR products/services in order to develop and implement HR solutions.
•Use data analytics to influence decision making and recommendations through compelling visual presentations.
•Collaborate with other HR team members to create efficient, consistent and scalable solutions at the enterprise and/or business unit level.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of progressive HR experience.
•Ability to quickly assess the consulting need, build trust and credibility, deliver results and effectively disengage once outcomes are achieved.
•Ability to influence at all levels, demonstrate strong executive presence with a strategic mindset and be intellectually curious.
•Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong executive presense, including the ability to take complex problems and effectively tell the story visually in succinct presentations.
•Proven ability to set priorities, multi-task and manage to deadlines and deliverables with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with leaders.
•Track record of sound judgement, decision making and challenging back within ambiguous initiatives to define outcomes and apply solution development methodolgies.
•Must have intermediate/advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).
•HR global experience
•Experience working effectively in a virtual team environment
•1-2 years leadership or management experience, including managing teams, large scale projects and people (coaching, performance management and employee development).
