Core Job Responsibilities
Perform equipment preventive maintenance tasks and activities on semiconductor Sub Fab equipment such as processing equipment, pumps, vacuums, blowers, water treatment, hazardous waste etc..
Perform shift sustaining tasks and activities:
- Disassemble units as required for cleaning activities
- Prepare parts to be cleaned
- Receive and inspect cleaned parts
- Re-install cleaned parts into the abatement units
- Startup and test equipment after re-installation of parts
- Maintain required maintenance logs
3+ years military or work experience in a technical, hands on role.
Ability to perform complex tasks with hands a fingers.
Great dexterity and hand eye coordination is required.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as work instructions and graphical aids.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, etc…, for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to work while wearing constrictive attire (cleanroom suits and personal protective gear), for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and move items weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Excellent time management skills are required.
High School Diploma
Ability to work a compressed work week; availability to work day or night shift. Shift Differential applies.
Must be open to working OT, weekends, holidays, etc...
Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required
Experience in a semiconductor or related industry is a plus.
Minimum education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, AS degree or military education is a plus. Significant experience may be substituted for education.
Shift : DAYS. Thursday through Monday OR Friday through Tuesday (weekend coverage).
Pay Rate is $31.50 / HOURLY, and 10% weekend shift differential. Must work weekends (day-shift covering weekends, 5 days a week, fulltime)
