Sales Development Representative

$35k base + competitive commission

Salt Lake City, Utah

An exciting new start-up who is dedicated to creating a better way to live has expanded its location to the Salt Lake area. Challenging the status-quo of real estate, this well-funded San Francisco company is pairing renters with top-of the line, beautifully designed homes, great roommates, unique amenities and more flexible and convenient living solutions. On top of taking the daily hassle out of leasing and moving, they are community-minded, creating monthly events for residents as a way to meet new friends.

Responsibility and requirements include:

  • Sourcing and pre-qualifying potential rental properties using leads provided as well as various online property databases, social media sites, and other advertising methods
  • Building relationships with potential partners/property owners to introduce the company model
  • Working closely with the Executive Team to share potential prospects
  • Schedule or provide follow up as needed
  • Possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude; energetic and outgoing, enjoys working with others
  • Previous exp. in building pipelines and/or creating relationships
  • 2+ yrs. of previous sales experience; cold calling preferred
  • Experience working with start-ups a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to navigate through various websites
  • Knowledgeable with the latest online marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus, not required
