As the Customer Service - Technical Support representative, you will be helping customers troubleshoot our state of the art equipment while delivering world class customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping individuals in need come to a resolution quickly with their technology needs and guiding them through step by step to solve the issue.
Requirements of the Customer Service - Technical Support:
- Strong Computer skills – experience with Google Suite
- Minimum of 1-year customer service Tech support experience
- Active listener
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled problem solver
- Be able to guide customers through the resolution of their issue in a friendly and knowledgeable way
- Drive and motivation to succeed
- Ability to assist callers with questions regarding our systems
- Active listening and ability to ask great questions
- Enjoy helping individuals when they need it most
