The Customer Serviced Loan Specialist Job:
Verify and process loan applications
Process customer payments offered over the phone
Work with students on incomplete applications
Make outbound calls to remind students of missed payments
Coordinate payment arrangements
Take inbound calls with general loan application questions
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to pass a background check
