INCOME: Base of $140K with an annual commission of another $100K at plan for an annual total at plan of $240,000.00 - along with significant stock options

The Vice President of Sales is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth, preferably in the cannabis marketplace.
This self-starter needs to be a credible leader of talented people with the self-confidence, integrity, intellect, work ethic, and perseverance that inspires confidence and trust. Creative in approach but focused on results. Disciplined in decision making with a bias for timely, decisive action. An excellent listener and communicator with the ability to attract, motivate and retain high-performance teams while holding them accountable. Needs to have a boardroom presence and the ability to clearly and compellingly articulate the strategy, positioning and direction to the company’s constituents.
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic orientation, however, is a dealmaker at heart, with excellent business development and leadership abilities. He/She will need to set clear and relevant goals, then coach a national sales team and drive accountability to consistently exceed state goals and objective.
Having strong financial acumen and a demonstrated history of achieving revenue attainment responsibilities is a must. Your ability to make smart, analytically sound financial recommendations will inspire confidence and trust with employees, peers, and superiors is key. Accurately being able to forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual global new bookings projections is required.
Develops annual sales execution plans that will continue to drive rapid revenue growth.
Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
Manage, lead, and maximize the performance of each member of the sales team.
Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements.
Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
Provides accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual new bookings projections on a frequent basis.
Develop and implement a strong recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process.
· Minimally a bachelor’s degree
· Minimally 4 years’ of Sales leadership experience at the Director or VP level
· Commercial Cannabis experience (2 years or more)
