We are looking to hire a creative, analytical director of marketing to form and maintain relationships with our customers and oversee our company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive enrollment and build brand awareness. The director of marketing will attract business by organizing promotional events, producing online content and other marketing materials. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing an overall marketing plan, maintaining relationships with existing customers by sending out press releases, interacting on social media, and communicating by email. The Director of Marketing will be expected to prove to potential customers that we are their first and best decision and will be expected to have the ability to use negative publicity to our advantage. Preferred candidates are in tune with customers' needs and display sincere knowledge and understanding in marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing will also need to be innovative and an excellent problem solver to reach new customers. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, common majors include communication and business administration. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive 
  • Collaborative and mindful skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
  • Time management and organization, in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
  • Proficient with analysis and design software
  • Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns

  • Performing market research to identify trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
  • Gaining knowledge of competitors' marketing initiatives.
  • Creating and executing overall marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Creating and overseeing the annual marketing plan.
  • Organizing promotional events.
  • Executing the launch of new enrollment strategies.
  • Representing the company and forming strategic partnerships with media, overseeing public relations efforts, and writing press releases.
  • Producing quality online content and managing the company's publications.
  • Work with both the leadership team to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to our services
