We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals who are looking to get licensed in the life insurance industry or are already licensed to join our team! As an insurance consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies and providing them with a peace of mind by securing their financial future. Responsibilities: • Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them understand policy options and costs

• Present and sell insurance policies to potential and existing clients

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty

• Expand business reach through networking techniques

• Attend training sessions and meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge

• Provide a positive customer experience Qualifications:

• No insurance experience required, sales experience preferred

• Must have insurance license or willingness to obtain one

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Strong negotiation skills

• Must have people skills, healthy competition with peers, great work ethic, and be coachable

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
