We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with an innovative footwear collection company! The Customer Service Representative will assist our customers with online orders. You may also address questions, concerns, returns, shipping and refunds. This is an inbound call center position. This position also offers flex scheduling!
- Preferred SAP and Workforce experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Looking for energetic and experienced customer service agents!
- Must be able to pass a typing test and a listening skills competency test
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Training for this position will run Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
- After training, work schedule will be 25-40 hours/week depending on the week. Must be available to work between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
