We are seeking a Remote Call Center Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Due to the remote status, we are excited to be able to employment outside of our local area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have High Speed Internet
- Windows PC’s Only Desktop or Laptop (no Chromebooks, Notebooks or MAC’s)
- PC’s with a recommend Intel i3 or higher CPU with at least 4 GB of RAM and Windows 10 Home or Pro
- Current, functioning Antivirus Program
- Internet that is at least 10MB download and 3 to 5Mbps upload (faster/higher is better) – ABSOLUTELY No wireless, cellular or satellite connections )
- Hard wired Ethernet connected computer – NO Wireless
- Must have a quiet place to work.
These work from home positions are 1st and 2nd shifts. Qualified candidates must be able able to work up to 35 hours weekly including a shift on both Saturday and Sunday each weekend.
