Job Description

Exciting opportunity for outgoing CSR with inside sales experience.

Our client is in the aviation industry.  They are looking for a Sales Coordinator on a temp to hire basis.

Primary duties will include proactive outreach to existing Customers, answering or routing questions, and assisting with onboarding procedures for upcoming training sessions.

Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide Administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages and forward calls.
  • Read incoming email correspondence and take action appropriately.
  • Track current and upcoming Client training schedules
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Compile information for management in an organized and logical fashion
  • Coordinate activities with Training Operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years' of relevant experience in administrative and/or sales support
  • Articulate verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive initiative in handling customer issues
  • Highly organized and self-starter
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
