Receptionist Administrative Assistant
- $18 to $23 Hourly

PrideStaff has several Receptionist/Administrative Assistant positions available with our clients. The on-site Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and coordination with a range of duties and tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and have a willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Compensation: $18.00-23.00 DOE
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, accrued monthly PTO, and more depending upon the client.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist - Administrative:
- Write, edit, review, prepare and send correspondence, documents, etc.
- Compile reports, agendas, and background materials
- Create and/or edit PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain and manage calendars/schedules
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Identify and act on member and/or customer requests, questions, inquiries, concerns by answering and routing phone calls and e-mails
- Perform special projects, as assigned
Meetings:
- Schedule and provide logistical support for client meetings that may be on-site or off-site
- Provide support to the conference managers for larger meetings and conferences
- Coordinate conference room reservations and setup
Qualifications for the Receptionist – Administrative Assistant:
- Two years or more in an office environment
- Microsoft Office is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including editing and proofreading
- Excellent administrative/clerical skills
- Proficiency in time management and prioritization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
