Overnight Customer Service Representative

If you’re interested in logistics this is the position for you! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking orders, overseeing shipments and proper documentation, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
- Take job orders from clients including routing shipments, classifying service type, and establishing deadlines along with printing job orders
- Provide continuous follow-ups with clients
- Review and check documentation for domestic transport, export or import of international shipments
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to multitask and have good time management
- Great organizational skills
- Strong team player
- Flexibility with shifts
Location:
Herndon, VA
Pay:
$20/hr
Hours:
- 2nd Shift - 3p-11p
- 3rd Shift - 11p-7a
- Days are variable but will include at least one weekend day
