Operations Manager

In this direct hire position, you will be a leader that will help provide opportunities for people to grow and create a positive and friendly work environment. Location=  New Albany, IN 40203

Shift Hours= Second Shift M-F 3 pm- 11 pm, Full time

Pay= $55,000+/year USD depending on experience  

Operations Manager Duties:

  • Coordinate, verify and oversee employee training and development
  • Resolve and coordinate employee needs with Supervisors
  • Meet with customers on a regular basis
  • Oversee safety, security, and cleaning issues with supervisors
  • Communicate plans, issues, staffing, and success with customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Operations Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
  • Strong customer service skills
