Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company that offers employee perks and a friendly, fast-paced environment! The ideal Office Assistant candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and preferably bilingual in Spanish/ English (though it's not a requirement). You will assist with copying, answering phones, and general office support.

The hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (there is some schedule flexibility). This is a temp-to-hire position and the pay is $16 to $17/hour, based on experience. Once hired by the company, they offer a competitive employee benefits package.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong Computer Skills: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Professional phone skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and developing environment
