Receptionist
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour and up depending on experience
Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm, 10:30am - 7:00pm, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Medina, OH
This client is looking for a Medical Receptionist/Rehab Technician for a 12 week assignment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $17.00 Per
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour and up depending on experience

This client is looking for a Medical Receptionist/Rehab Technician for a 12 week assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling, answering phones, checking in patients and checking out patients, collecting co-pays, etc.
- Department upkeep including preparation of treatment areas and submission of work orders
- Equipment maintenance and assembly/disassembly
- Track inventory and stock supplies
- Videotaping therapy sessions
- Coordination of care between disciplines, providers and family
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
- Other duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a rehab setting working with children with whom are medically fragile or have disabilities is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills required
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 years is preferred.
- BLS certification required within first 90 days of employment
