PrideStaff is partnering up with a company in Norcross to find a customer service representative. In this role you will able to be cross-trained and provide great customer service. Someone with a logistics and office manager experience would be a great fit!
· Data Entry (Sales orders, etc.)
· Sales, Invoice, Deposit Reports daily
· Learn customers’ needs
· Provide quotes for products
· Receive mail – deposit slip
· Assist with accounting tasks (using SAGE / ERP)
· Assist in projects as needed, as well as operations/production
· Purchasing (office supplies)
· Forecast and requisition of PFR and make containers.
· Must have 3 years of recent office experience
· Must know how to use SAGE / ERP / related accounting software
· Someone with a logistics background would be a plus!
· 2 years of recent customer service experience in an office setting
