This position is a primary internal customer contact for service and information about products, prices, availability, and product uses. A Customer Service Specialist ensures inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations.

- Respond to customer requests (phone, web, ecommerce, Live Support chat, email, fax, etc.) for information, quotes, orders, cancellations, expedites, debit/credit, proof-of-delivery, usage or other system queries following company procedures.
- Be proactive in confirming our ability to meet customer requirements for open transactions.
- Knowledgeable of our processes and capable of following standard work procedures.
- Identify and participate in continual process improvements.
- Achieve Quality Objectives
- Educate yourself in a self study program consisting of a minimum of two hours per week.
