Job Description

Location= Louisville, KY 40206

Shift Hours= First shift M-F 8 am- 5 pm, Direct Hire, Full Time

Pay= $50,000/year USD

Customer Support Representative Duties:

  • Process sales orders from receipt to shipment for customers
  • Ensure customers’ needs are met and be a liaison between customers, sales team, and operations
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Support Representative Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

  • Account management skills to handle customer orders from order entry through invoicing.

  • Manufacturing experience a plus

  • Some Freight background – understanding of terms.

  • Detail oriented

  • Export knowledge / Incoterms
