Customer Service Representative

Location= Louisville, KY 40206
Shift Hours= First shift M-F 8 am- 5 pm, Direct Hire, Full Time
Pay= $50,000/year USD
Customer Support Representative Duties:
- Process sales orders from receipt to shipment for customers
- Ensure customers’ needs are met and be a liaison between customers, sales team, and operations
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Other duties as assigned
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
Account management skills to handle customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
Manufacturing experience a plus
Some Freight background – understanding of terms.
Detail oriented
Export knowledge / Incoterms
