Job Description

Customer Retention Representative

Location: Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA Pay: $19-22/hour

Hours M-F, 830-530 (1 hour lunch)

Job description

Do you have superior customer service skills?

Is your phone etiquette impeccable?

Can you build rapport with current clientele?

Can you "calm" clients, can you "de-escalate" situations?

Essential functions -

  • Interacting with customers primarily by phone and email
  • prepare contracts, service agreements and other paperwork as necessary
  • Track & maintain various reports and spreadsheets to report to management

Requirements -

  • Fantastic customer service skills - 1 year customer service call experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn and take on new responsibilities
