Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

 Temp to hire 

Monday  Friday, 8:30am - 5pm 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Place orders
  • Help size units for customers/pick the best unit for them
  • Email confirmations
  • Run credit cards
  • Prepare export paperwork 
  • Email literature
  • File paperwork
  • Follow up on customer inquiries 


  • Prior customer service/administration experience 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Order entry or processing a plus 
  • Computer proficient with MS Office 
  • Ability to follow instructions
