Company in Foothill Ranch CA has a need for a Clerical / Customer Service person.
Temporary position through Mid-End of March, but could go longer. The company will be moving to the Carlsbad area, so it could extend if the person wants to relocate. Hours would be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (1/2 hour lunch), Monday through Friday. Pay to $15/hr. Casual environment.
The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, able to pick up new things quickly, and good data entry and computer skills.
- Reception - answer incoming calls, direct calls, meet/greet visitors; keep reception area in order
- Customer Service - Assist with customer inquiries and online order processing
- Light Collection calls
- Clerical duties: data entry, filing, emailing, copying, etc.
- Additional Clerical duties, as assigned/needed
- Min 1 year Clerical and Reception experience
- Intermediate computer skills - MS Word and Excel; ability to learn new software
- Accurate Data Entry - Min 5000 kph; Typing 35 wpm
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and / or written instructions
