Clerical Assistant - Part Time or Full Time - needed for a Printing Company in Santa Ana CA. This is a Temporary to Hire position paying $16-20/hr depending on experience. Hours would be 10:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Company is flexible for someone to work less hours during that time frame (at least 25 hours per week) and will work with your schedule. Just wants to have the right person that is committed to being with the company long term.

- Writing up orders and following them through to completion including boxing / labeling and shipping /delivery scheduling.
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
- EXTREMELY detail oriented.
- Multi-tasker, able to prioritize and very flexible to switch gears as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills, can work well with different personalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proper grammar and spelling is very important in writing and speaking.
- Printing Industry Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Sales driven, comfortable reaching out to customers.
