Our client, a semiconductor design and manufacturing company located in the Irvine Spectrum area, is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate with be a team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, with ability to multi-task and learn processes quickly.
- Full-Time Hours 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
- This is a long-term Temporary position with opportunity to grow to a Temporary to Hire position.
- Pay $15-18/hr depending on experience.

- Input and Processing of Orders using company proprietary software
- Assist with marketing and business development
- Assist with social media marketing
- Assist with a variety of office tasks - filing, copying, emailing, etc., as directed
- International Shipping
- Min 2 years Administrative Assistant experience
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience processing orders
- Experience in shipping order process - international, bills of lading, etc.
- Accurate Typing / Data Entry
- Experience with social media platforms
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner
