Job Description

Our client, a semiconductor design and manufacturing company located in the Irvine Spectrum area, is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate with be a team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, with ability to multi-task and learn processes quickly.

  • Full-Time Hours 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
    • This is a long-term Temporary position with opportunity to grow to a Temporary to Hire position.
  • Pay $15-18/hr depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Input and Processing of Orders using company proprietary software
  • Assist with marketing and business development
  • Assist with social media marketing
  • Assist with a variety of office tasks - filing, copying, emailing, etc., as directed
  • International Shipping

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience processing orders
  • Experience in shipping order process - international, bills of lading, etc.
  • Accurate Typing / Data Entry
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner
