General Office – Customer Service Associate
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm
Pay Rate: $17hr - $20/hr Depending on experience
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position performs general office duties and also handles inbound and outbound phone calls in order to provide outstanding customer service. This temporary position converts to permanent is 3-4 months.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the administrative needs of local management including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Deliver superior service to all current and prospective clients
- Perform basic invoicing and billing tasks
- Meet or exceed aggressive service level commitments
- Use problem solving skills when faced with difficult situations
- At least 1 year inbound/outbound Call Center experience
- Above average typing and data-entry skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products
- High School or equivalent, some college preferred
- Problem Solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
