The Clinical Manager will provide supervision and manage a team of Community Support Workers (CSWs) and Care Coordinators for the purpose of assuring quality clinical services, documentation, and professional conduct as it relates to client care and professionalism. Individual team to consist of an average of 10 CSWs (maximum of 12 CSWs). Average caseload per CSW: 15-25 consumers. Review, approve and sign all CSW notes. Provide supervision (individual and group) for CSW team to provide support for but not limited to: productivity, clinical documentation, managing difficult consumers, DBH/agency updates, training, etc. Additional responsibilities including meeting attendance, Conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans, developing clinicians, quality assurance, utilization and productivity reports.
• Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field
• Must be licensed in the District of Columbia in one of the following licenses LPC, LICSW, APRN and/or RN. Preferably LICSW and RN.
• Two years minimum of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnoses
• Must be familiar or willing to be trained on EMR systems
