Job Description
Prestige Staffing Services is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Beckley, West Virginia area. Our client offers highly competitive compensation packages and outstanding benefits.
Job Summary
Management of all personnel, processes, and products to meet business demand and P&L
Primary responsibilities
- Establish priorities and strategies within the teams across multiple functions and locations.
- Deliver products according to plan and within specification.
- Manage multi-disciplined teams including training, discipline, and development.
- Accurate budgetary control, forecasting, and management.
- Ensure the Health & Safety of employees and visitors to the site.
Primary Qualifications and Requirements
- B.S. degree or higher (Engineering or similar)
- 5-10 years operations management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques and processes
- Project Management experience
- Understating of production capabilities
