Our team of oncology certified nurses, research staff, radiation therapists, nurse navigators, social workers, dietitians, surgical oncologists, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists works together to incorporate the latest research and treatment options to create the best treatment plan for each patient. As a certified member of the MD Anderson Cancer Network, our physicians have access to the latest multidisciplinary care resources and best practices developed by MD Anderson Cancer Center.
We are actively seeking a collaborative Breast Surgeon with a dedicated focus on exceptional cosmetic results and patient satisfaction to join our team. The Breast Surgeons are supported by a full cohort of support staff including 1:1 MA, 1:1 RN or APC, 3 breast nurse navigators, dieticians, social workers, financial advocates, and PT/OT/Speech services. Plastic surgeons and fellowship trained breast radiologists are also part of our collaborative care team.

*Makes all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
*Manages and oversees the physician/patient relationship.
*Participates in system wide health management initiatives.
*Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
*Assists in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
*Receives and resolves patient complaints.
*Participates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
*Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops
