Sales Training Manager

Position Description:
  • In conjunction with Senior Leadership, develop and implement actionable initiatives to improve field team’s knowledge and execution
  • Develop, lead and implement employee development efforts for Premium’s Wireless Sales Team
  • Directs the research, planning, organization and conducting of all training programs (Online, Face to Face, Webinar, Conference Call based training)
  • Work with dedicated Training Team to implement training strategy into the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create training content and curriculum to improve Wireless Sales Team results
  • Content development including LMS courses, one-pagers, and other training materials
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness
  • Manage, coordinate and provide logistical support for all field training
  • Continuously maintain, report and read-out on training initiatives completion
  • Drive completion results
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to leadership
  • Drive sales results through a better educated and developed sales team

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years proven background in sales/sales operations
  • Minimum of 2 years proven results leading a sales team
  • Excellent virtual and Face to Face facilitation skills
  • Thorough understanding of sales process and advanced selling skills, especially in a non-destination environment
  • Successful working history with sales representatives and sales managers
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Adult education experience preferred
